Bournemouth have continued their impressive run of form with a thrilling 2-1 victory over Fulham at the Vitality Stadium on Saturday.

However, Fulham hit back with a stunning equaliser just four minutes later as substitute Ryan Babel headed home from a corner.

In a tense final ten minutes, Bournemouth held on for a hard-fought win, thanks to a late winner from Josh King.
